Hi! I went through this with LUMI myself, and it was easier than I expected. I first checked their refund policy to make sure I qualified, then emailed support with all the details: subscription type, purchase date, and a clear reason. I also attached a couple of screenshots just to be safe. With lumi refund, it went smoothly, and they processed it after a short wait. Just follow their steps carefully and be patient.
