I’m at my wits' end with Sequoia Financial Services. I sent a written request to stop calling me at work, but they keep calling me there. The calls are constant, and the agent I spoke to last time was rude and threatening. I feel like my back is against the wall.
I found an online guide on stopping debt harassment that explains many of my rights, but I need to know what actually works. For anyone who has been through this with Sequoia:
Did filing a complaint with the CFPB or FTC actually help?
Is hiring a lawyer worth it for a situation like this?
How did you finally get them to back off?
Any real-world advice would be a huge help right now.
