I’m currently researching different book publishers and, honestly, finding the process more confusing than expected. What really separates a trustworthy publisher from a bad one? Have any of you worked with book publishers that provided good communication and fair agreements? I’d also like to know what mistakes first-time authors usually make during publishing. Serious and honest suggestions would really help before I move forward.
